In 2008, R&R Artwork LLC was born! Our team is comprised of two dedicated partners Rachel & Roderic Brame. Florida artist Rachel Brame’s studies the foundations of artistic design & its rich history. Rachel draws heavy inspiration from several art movements including Art Deco, Nouveau, Fauvism, Surrealism, Expressionism, & Pop Art (psychedelic & conventional). Growing up in the D.C. Metro area, she has a particular fascination for multicultural diversity. Her creative style is defined by the use of outlines, bright colors, iridescence, flowing lines, & a variety of intricate patterns.
Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree from USF in 2012. Being attune to the benefits of interdisciplinary knowledge she continues to focus on widening bridges between the concentration of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics) with the Arts (making STEAM). Rachel does consigned artwork for clients, designed the cover art for several book publications, & artistically collaborated on a variety of published earth science educational posters.
Roderic dropped out of high school in 1974, received his B.S. in Geology in 1992, M.S. in Science Education in 1995, & his Ph.D. from Virginia Polytechnic in Geosciences in 2001. Throughout his crazy path, trickles of art always found its way to the surface. In 2003 his art integrated into his career inspired by his students and partner, Rachel Brame. Since then he's produced several educational posters, collections of abstract & semi-surrealistic art, & a book the Mighty Titans, which gives high school students a powerful voice about education. His art has been displayed at the Moca Gallery in Georgetown, D.C., Charlotte, N.C. & Denver, C.O. Convention Centers, FLL World Robotics Championship in Lakeland, F.L., & 100s of posters in schools accross the U.S.
